Audience: This session is open to instructors and administrators of any adult literacy program in New York City, including English for Speakers of Other Languages, Adult Basic Education, and High School Equivalency classes. The program is offered in conjunction with the Literacy Assistance Center
Description: Join us online at this virtual open house for Adult Literacy program providers. Explore ways of bringing your curriculum alive by incorporating art and objects, and learn about the primary resource documents at the Museum that you can integrate in your classroom. Experience for yourselves the possible ways that the Brooklyn Museum of Art can support your students’ continuing education. All participants will have the opportunity to register for a free one-on-one consultation with an educator to discuss how the Museum can work with their classes.
